Story
From age 15 Texas-native Dave C. Wallin trained in illustration and painting under artist Josà Cruz. He completed a traditional tattoo apprenticeship under Robert "Hack" Hackney in 1991. Dave tattooed at various shops in Texas and Hawaii before settling in Brooklyn.
With a background in drawing, painting and digital art, Dave prefers not to specialize in one particular style, instead creating unique pieces for each individual client. He has been featured in Tattoo Revue, 11211, Needled, and Time Out New York. Dave works by appointment but will take walk-ins when his schedule permits. Call for availability.
